Diners want to feel safe in your restaurant. As a Trust20 restaurant you tell diners that you are following a high standard, that your practices have been independently verified, and that you commit to transparency.

On a mutually selected date, a Trust20 specialist conducts an in-person walkthrough and consultation of your space, practices, and procedures.
Restaurants that meet criteria for all 20 tactics become certified. You’ll receive a window certification sticker, are added to our certification network, and can direct diners to Trust20.co to learn the practices you follow.
Upon submitting this form, a Trust20 representative will reach out to schedule an assessment phone call.
